Director Planning & Risk Management
Leads our planning and risk teams. Over 15 years of experience in forensic schedule analysis and managing complex projects, including metro and power plant construction.
Ron Petersen EMFC RC
Director Cost Management
Responsible for cost management. More than 25 years of experience in project financial control, valuation of work in progress, and expert witness assignments in quantum assessments.
Jan-Willem van Beek
Director Project Management
Leads Client-side project management. Over 20 years of experience in industrial and energy projects, with expertise in managing portfolios for contractors and asset owners.
Emile Bouwman
Director Contract Management
Heads the contract management team. Brings over 20 years of global experience in contract management, procurement, and project controls across infrastructure, maritime, and offshore sectors.
