In the tender phase, we support clients and contractors in the preparation of the project budget. This is an important foundation for a client to make an investment decision. Contractors use it to decide whether to tender on the project and at what price.

During execution, we monitor the budget and link it to the project’s progress. This allows us to signal deviations, allowing the project management to make the necessary adjustments in time. As a result, the expected project result is available at every moment of the project.

After determining the project budget, we support the project manager in project control and identify discrepancies. Corrective measures limit the impact of discrepancies with the objective of delivering the project within budget and on time.
