Scheldt River – Planning new highway tunnel

The new Scheldt Tunnel improves Antwerp’s connections. Vijverberg assessed bid plans, prepared and managed design planning, monitored implementation progress, coordinated contractor interfaces, and performed delay analyses on several subprojects.
